Community Values Action Council

The Community Values Action Council helps strengthen community, collaboration, and workplace culture across Northwestern’s Office for Research. Through regular learning opportunities, discussions, and community-building activities open to all OR team members, the council works to build a more connected and supportive workplace.

The council creates opportunities for engagement across teams and roles, supporting a culture of respect, shared learning, and collaboration. This helps OR staff build stronger relationships and advance the University’s research mission together.
