Research Development

• Bridge disciplines and schools to catalyze interdisciplinary team science and facilitate development of competitive proposals

Sponsored Research

• Provide full service sponsored project support from proposal development through project closeout

Conflict of Interest

• Oversee and implement the University’s institutional, research, faculty, and staff conflict of interest policies and procedures

• Ensure that all University activity remains in compliance with an array of federal export control regulations

• Foster research integrity and promote responsible conduct of research through coordination of training & facilitation of alleged research misconduct reviews

• Identify potential hazards and risks in research and find effective, practical solutions

• Support our core values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation while protecting against improper foreign interference, conflicts of commitment, and other security issues

Innovation and New Ventures Office

• Foster innovation and entrepreneurship by helping faculty and students translate technologies through commercialization for public benefit

Core Facilities Administration

• Provide financial support, administrative oversight, professional development, assessment and communication of shared research resources to advance research

University Research Institutes and Centers Administration

• Facilitate the planning and deployment of strategic resources in support of University Research Institutes and Centers (URICs)
