Nathalia Henry Whitely brings to the Office for Research more than 20 years of regulatory and clinical operations experience across various environments: industry, higher education, and healthcare. Her professional success includes maintaining collaborative relationships and information exchange across multiple large entities to ensure achievement of research and healthcare compliance strategic goals. Throughout her career she has demonstrated many accomplishments in Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) oversight, successful project execution, and the implementation of tools and resources to facilitate institutional compliance and to promote the protection of human research participants, ethical biomedical and social behavioral science human research conduct, and the translation of research discoveries.

Nathalia has a proven talent and passion for engaging staff, building healthy workplace relationships as well as culture and communities. Other strengths include her skills in change management and motivating and mobilizing teams.
