Lisa Forman
Lisa A. Forman, M.S., D.V.M., ACLAM, is Assistant Vice President for Animal Resources at Northwestern's Center for Comparative Medicine in Chicago. Dr. Forman earned her veterinary degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Veterinary Medicine and completed a postdoctoral residency in laboratory animal medicine at the University of Michigan. She also holds a M.S. degree through the Department of Veterinary Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Forman is a board certified Diplomate in the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine since 1999, and also is a Certified Professional IACUC Administrator (CPIA) since 2010. She has served on several external committees related to laboratory animal medicine and currently serves as an AAALAC, International ad hoc consultant. She has served on Northwestern's IACUC since 1998 and on Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Research Center’s IACUC from 1999-2011. Dr. Forman has over 20 years of experience in academic laboratory animal medicine.
